Black, white, and silver paint Brush Glue Hot Glue |
Paint the Styrofoam balls black. Let dry. Paint a number on each ball. Hot glue a D ring onto the middle of the stick. Paint craft stick. Push the balls onto the ends of the stick and secure with craft glue.
